Caitlyn Jenner on Ellen

In a recent interview between Ellen DeGeneres and Caitlyn Jenner, Jenner had an interesting opinion of gay marriage. When asked what she thought about it she responded by saying, "I'm older than most people in the audience, and I kind of like tradition, you know, and it's always been a man and a woman." "If that word 'marriage' is really, really that important to you, I can go with it."
I think that it is absolutely astounding that Caitlyn Jenner is not all for gay marriage. As a trans-woman, she understands more than anyone what it is like to be part of the LGBTQA+ community, and to not feel accepted. I do not understand how someone can ask for everyone to agree with what she is doing, and not do the same for gay people. Ellen DeGeneres was quite taken aback by Jenner's remarks on the subject.
